Stalled traffic
Organic traffic drops, stagnates or grows without a clear explanation.
Senior SEO & GEO consulting
I help SaaS, ecommerce and life sciences companies grow on Google (SEO) and get their brand cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini (GEO). I work with startups and established companies alike.

I also collaborate with agencies that bring in my technical judgment for their own clients.
Search was our biggest pipeline source, and Pablo helped us build our presence from the ground up.
Thanks to his work, we navigated a constantly changing search landscape and positioned our brand. He turns all of that complexity into clear, practical actions.
Pablo knows technical SEO inside out and truly understands how AI is changing search. You never have to explain the context twice. In this industry, that is worth a lot.
Three years working with him. Exceptionally strong technically, resourceful and inventive, and always willing to help.
One of the most complete SEOs I have worked with. Equally at ease with development teams at every level, with proven content expertise. Above all, a real team player.
Many companies do not fail because they lack SEO ideas. They fail because they have too many signals, too much technical debt and too few clear priorities.
Organic traffic drops, stagnates or grows without a clear explanation.
Indexation, architecture, performance or migrations prevent progress.
Content is produced, but it does not follow a clear strategy or connect with business goals.
Marketing, product, development, data and content need to make better decisions together.
There are real opportunities, but also fragile automations and poorly controlled decisions.
The rise of generative AI threatens traditional traffic if content and brand entities are not adapted.
The collaboration depends on the project stage: organic channel diagnosis, recurring support or systems to work better.
Advanced technical consulting to resolve crawling, indexation, performance, and information architecture blockers in complex sites.
Visibility and citability optimization for AI search engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.
Custom automations and supervised AI agents to scale SEO workflows, monitor anomalies, and run quality checks under expert control.
Ongoing SEO/GEO strategic direction and support to align internal product, marketing, and development teams.
You may need a one-off review, ongoing SEO judgment or a focused intervention. The proposal is defined by context, priority and real execution capacity.
For quick clarity on problems, opportunities and next steps. It can be lighter for smaller projects or deeper when there is technical complexity.
For continuous progress with clear priorities, senior review, follow-up and support for marketing, content, product or development.
For a concrete challenge: migration, architecture, automation, AI agents, reporting or visibility in AI search.
From early-stage startups to established companies. SEO runs into different problems in each industry.
Pharma, biotech, medtech and CROs: SEO and GEO in a regulated sector, with content going through review.
See the page →Demos and sales opportunities from organic search, with product pages, comparisons and content that answers the buyer's questions.
See the page →Large catalogues: filters, pagination, product pages and categories that Google crawls and indexes properly.
See the page →I understand the business, technical context, available data and the real problem behind the initial request.
I separate noise from impact. Not everything that can be fixed deserves to be done now.
I turn the diagnosis into a clear sequence of actions, owners, dependencies and success criteria.
I work with marketing, product, development, data or content so recommendations can actually be executed.
When it makes sense, I turn repetitive processes into measurable systems with human supervision.
I define how we will know if the work has improved decisions, efficiency or organic growth.
I work as an independent technical SEO and GEO consultant. SaaS, ecommerce and life sciences companies bring me in: startups that want organic search working as a channel from day one, and teams that already have traffic and a problem they haven't managed to solve. Sometimes it's pages Google won't index or a migration nobody wants to get wrong. Other times traffic is falling and nobody can say why, or the brand doesn't show up when someone asks ChatGPT about its category.
I've been doing SEO for 15 years. Since 2020 I've been advising Scilife, a quality management SaaS for life sciences where organic search brings in more sales opportunities than any other channel. Before that I led SEO for high-traffic websites and worked as an agency consultant on banking and energy accounts. I work directly with the development and content teams. I work with the most advanced SEO and GEO tools on the market, such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs and Sistrix, and anything that repeats every week I automate with supervised AI agents. I work in English and Spanish, remotely.
If you have doubts about scope, project type or collaboration model, these answers help clarify the fit.
It depends on the project, and you get the price in writing with a fixed scope within 48 hours of a 30-minute call. I don't publish rates because every website and every situation is different: reviewing six templates doesn't cost the same as reviewing sixty, and one market doesn't cost the same as five. It also matters whether you have developers available to implement the changes. A generic range wouldn't help you decide. What's in that quote is what I invoice.
Mostly SaaS, ecommerce and life sciences companies, such as pharma, biotech and medtech. Size doesn't matter: I work with established companies and with startups and SMEs that are growing. For it to work, organic search and AI visibility need to be part of the plan and there has to be someone on the team I can move things forward with. If it's not something I do, I'll tell you on the first call.
Yes. A one-off audit makes sense when you need to understand what is happening, prioritize problems and leave with an actionable roadmap without committing to monthly support.
It depends on the context, but it usually includes prioritization, technical review, progress tracking, support for content or development, data analysis, meetings and strategic adjustments based on results.
Yes. My speciality is technical SEO and GEO, but if your local business wants to grow on Google and in AI answers, tell me about it and I'll tell you whether I'm the best fit.
I use AI to support analysis, classification, automation, reporting or supervised drafts. I do not present it as a replacement for SEO judgment, but as a way to gain speed while maintaining human control.
They are supervised workflows that help execute recurring tasks: reviewing content, detecting anomalies, analyzing SERPs, controlling quality or identifying opportunities. The key is to design them with boundaries, useful data and expert review.
I do not guarantee specific rankings. I do work to improve diagnosis, priorities, execution and measurement, which increases the chances of sustainable organic growth.
If you have a complex SEO challenge, want to review your organic strategy or explore AI automations, write to me with some context.
